La Nuova Botte

Best Fillet steak I've had in the last 10 or 15 years including in Scotland. All food really good. Worth a visit, recommend booking a table outside or just inside. Owners are entertaining!

Second time here – and once again, an outstanding experience! Dinner at La Nuova Botte was perfect from start to finish. I had the branzino, beautifully cooked – tender, juicy, full of refined seaside flavor. Paired with a Pinot Grigio Modello Massi, it was simply ideal. For dessert, I went with the dark chocolate mousse, one of the best I’ve ever tasted, perfectly complemented by a glass of Reciotto Passito – an elegant match with its rich, sweet depth. Food, wine, and dessert all deserve 10/10. And the staff? Warm, informal, genuinely friendly – it felt like dining with old friends. And to top it off: a limoncello on the house – such a thoughtful gesture. I’ll definitely be coming back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A nice experience just a few minutes walk from the lake. It seemed like the usual tourist place but then I changed my mind once they brought the food out. I had "Mezzi Paccheri" with burrata, tuna and pistachio crumble. Totally worth it, with nice and fast service.

Very nice place with a friendly atmosphere. All dishes were exceptionally good and the staff (owners?) very nice and friendly. Despite our bad Italian and their English we have perfectly understood each other. Just a note for the patrons: do not sit outside because it is a narrow road with the cars occasionally driving by with the drivers looking literally right in your plate. There is a lot of room, nice and cozy inside.

If only we’d discovered La Nouva Botte on our first night, and not our last! Food was sensational, service from our hostess so warm, helpful and kind. Thank you for the happiest last evening of our trip - the sea bream in salt crust was utter perfection, thank you to our hostess for the recommendation and the indulgence of going along with my terrible Italian! In a town of rather mediocre tourist food, highly, highly recommend this restaurant!

4 of us had dinner here on spec, lucky I didn’t look at google ratings before (less than 4) else we might have disregarded it. The host were great, the food was simply outstanding, the prices reasonable. Highly recommended
